Right of Appeal

Establishments have the right to appeal to the government if they are not satisfied with the decisions of the Board – Insured workers who are not satisfied with the decisions of the Board have the right to appeal to the Appeal Tribunal comprising higher grade pleader acting as a Chairman and one accessor each representing employers and employees.
