Arbitration
Arbitration is only the last resort for settlement of trade disputes. There are three stages for Arbitration;
First Stage
A Township Trade Dispute Committee (TDC) hears the issues of the dispute and gives the decision or award regarding the case. If the award made by the TDC is not acceptable to one of the parties or both, appeal can be made Within 15 days to respective Region, State Trade Disputes Appeal Committee.
Second Stage
Region, State Trade Disputes Appeal Committees review the cases and give its comments and decisions on the award of the TDCs.
Third Stage
Until then, if one of the parties or both are not satisfied with the decisions of the Region, State Trade Disputes Appeal Committee, may apply Within 15 days, for final revision by the Central Trade Disputes Committee. The Central Trade Disputes Committee is the third and final stage for arbitration of a trade dispute. The decision made by the Central Trade Dispute is final.
