To appoint new manager
Notice for appointment of the new manager shall be sent within 7 days. Section 8(4)

Occupational Accidents and Diseases
In any factory, if an accident occurs which causes the death of a worker , manager must report with Form (A) to the FGLLID as soon as possible.
If an accident causing injury and the injured person is expected to be incapacitated from his ordinary work for (48) hours or more, manager must report to the FGLLID within (72) hours.
If a worker is suspected of contracting any occupational disease, manager must report to FGLLID. Section (53 & 54)

Labour Registration book
Manager must record the labour registration book (Form No.2) in which worker's
name, occupational and other prescribed facts and figures must be mentioned.
